Administrate Training System

After rigorous evaluation of a dozen different Learning Management Systems (LMS) we choose Administrate ( to be the consolidated training platform for dealers and customers of Ag Leader Technology. I led the implementation of the new system, including Single Sign-On, and the migration of our training materials and historical student records from our existing LMS.

We completed the transition in October 2018, which has been met with praise by dealers and resulted in significant savings to Ag Leader by eliminating one SaaS provider.

  • Coordinated project work between internal Ag Leader employees and vendor representatives.
  • Performed the majority of the system setup and data migration.
  • Communicated changes both internally and externally by email, video, and written explanation on our company webpages.
  • Continue to support and optimize the system post-implementation.
